Twoconnect seeks a Senior Australian-Experienced Bookkeeper to own finance operations for two Australian entities, including an e-commerce distribution business and a property assets business. You will manage bookkeeping, payroll, BAS, AP/AR, inventory, purchases, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

Advanced MYOB EXO and Excel skills are essential, with excellent written and spoken English. The role requires independent work across two companies and close coordination with the

Qualifications

• 5-6 years Australian bookkeeping experience essential.
• Advanced MYOB EXO experience essential.
• Advanced Excel skills essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple companies and meet Australian deadlines.
• Practical assessment covering MYOB EXO, reconciliations, GST/BAS, payroll, inventory, budgeting and forecasting required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily bookkeeping and general ledgers for two Australian companies.
• Complete reconciliations of bank, credit cards, loans and petty cash with audit trail.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and supplier/payee reconciliations.
• Process fortnightly Australian payroll and STP reporting.
• Prepare GST reconciliations, BAS workpapers and PAYG information.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile Shopify sales and inventory.
• Prepare monthly/annual budgets and cash-flow forecasts; variance analysis.
