Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a finance professional in Metro Manila with 4-5 years of Australian accounting/bookkeeping experience. You will handle high-volume data entry, daily bank reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll processing, and payroll administration, using Xero and Excel.

Strong communication and accuracy are essential as you support multiple client portfolios and collaborate with the finance team. Office-based role with benefits such as HMO from day 1, government benefits, and 13th month pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Australian Accounting/Bookkeeping.
• Australian Accounting degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Payroll processing and payroll administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Xero and accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume financial data entry and transaction processing.
• Execute daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process Accounts Payable and manage supplier invoices and payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable activities including debtor monitoring and collections.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy of payroll processing.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve financial queries and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records in Xero and related systems.
• Prepare documentation to support reporting and audits.
