Job summary

RCBC Bankard Services Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Chargeback Analyst to join our Credit Operations team in Metro Manila. You will evaluate, file, and monitor chargebacks on disputed transactions, and ensure timely settlements in accordance with card scheme guidelines.

You will review representment responses, coordinate with clients and card issuers, and help generate monthly regulatory and management dashboard reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate of four-year college, preferably business or accounting.
• Knowledgeable on chargeback rules through MasterCard, Visa and JCB training.
• At least 1 year of experience in a credit card company or related business.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, file, and monitor chargeback of disputed transactions and ensure timely settlements.
• Review representment/dispute responses and documentation for proper remedies.
• Coordinate with clients and card schemes on issues, queries, and escalations.
• Prepare monthly regulatory and management dashboard reports.
• Validate outstanding floats and adjust reports to resolve disputes.

• Responsible in evaluating, filing, and monitoring chargeback of disputed transactions and ensure successful settlement.
• Responsible in reviewing the representment/dispute responses and documentation to ensure accurate remedies are taken in accordance with guidelines and procedures.
• Ensures proper communication and notification to clients, as well as necessary coordination with Schemes/Associations regarding system issues, queries and escalations.
• Responsible in on time preparation of monthly regulatory and management dashboard reports.
• Validates outstanding floats by verifying the accuracy of reported information and provide adjustments to resolve dispute.
