• At least two (2) years relevant experience in credit card chargeback/dispute processing.
• Deep expertise in Mastercard and Visa chargeback rules and end-to-end dispute processing.

Responsibilities

• Review disputed transactions and chargeback reason codes against card scheme rules.
• Recommend and prepare dispute escalations and financial adjustments.
• Validate advisories and notifications to cardholders on dispute status.
