• Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role, preferably managing Area Managers or equivalent positions.

• Proven experience overseeing multiple branches across different locations.

• Strong background in KPI management, business planning, performance management, and operational excellence.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Area Managers and drive organizational performance.

• Strong business acumen, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
