Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an Area Manager or multi-unit management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple store operations simultaneously.
• Strong financial, operations, and people management capabilities.
