CURA Property Management Corp in the Philippines is seeking an AR Specialist to manage tenant billings, monitor collections, and ensure timely recording of receivables. You will track balances, coordinate with leasing teams to resolve discrepancies, and prepare AR reports for management.

The role supports accurate cash flow, reconciliation with bank statements, and adherence to internal controls. Experience in accounting systems and customer service is preferred for this on-site position.

• Manage tenant billings based on lease agreements.
• Record and update billing entries in accounting system.
• Track payments and aging reports.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Treasury, and Property teams.
• Prepare AR schedules and reports for audits.

Responsabilidades

• Billing Monitoring: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all tenant billings based on lease agreements and contracts; record and update billing entries.
• Collection Monitoring: Track tenant payments; update receivable balances; follow up on overdue accounts; elevate delinquent accounts as needed.
• Reporting: Reconcile tenant accounts, deposits, and collections with bank statements; generate AR reports for management review.
• Coordination & Customer Service: Respond to tenant billing inquiries; provide statements; coordinate with Leasing, Treasury, and Property teams.
• Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure records comply with policies and accounting standards; support audits with AR schedules and documentation.
