Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Officer to join our finance team.

You will manage debtor accounts, allocate payments, reconcile customer records and pursue overdue balances through outbound calls to retail and trade customers. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in accounts receivable or credit control, strong Excel and ERP experience, and a professional, results‑oriented approach.

Competenze

• 3+ years in accounts receivable, credit control, or similar finance role.
• Experience collecting overdue balances via outbound calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• Experience in wholesale/distribution environments is a plus.

Mansioni

• Process and maintain accounts receivable records accurately.
• Allocate payments to customer accounts and invoices.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor payment terms and follow up overdue balances.
• Make proactive collection calls to customers.
• Address inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support month-end reconciliations and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Provide finance support during peak periods.
