Job summary

Twoconnect in the Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join a growing finance team. You will manage cash, allocate payments, reconcile bank statements, and process high-volume transactions across trade and retail operations.

The role requires 2–3 years AR experience, strong Excel skills, and a process-driven approach. You will work with Credit and sales teams, using Oracle ERP and other systems to ensure accurate recordings.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or transactional finance.
• Basic understanding of AR processes including receipts and allocations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ability to follow established processes and manage high-volume work.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and general computer literacy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Good problem-solving and ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience using Oracle ERP is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Receive and allocate trade customer payments to invoices.
• Match payments to bank statements and remittance info.
• Create receipts for direct deposits and card payments.
• Balance daily retail store transactions and reconcile prepaid accounts.
• Reconcile bank transactions across payment types and resolve discrepancies.
• Process credit notes and apply correct credit types.
• Follow up on remittance information to support allocations.
• Review transactions to ensure correct recording.
• Support high-volume cash management during peak and month-end.
• Use Oracle ERP to support cash management and processing.
• Collaborate with Credit team and sales teams to resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting information.
• Use Excel and internal systems for matching and data processing.
• Provide general accounts administration to Finance.
• Follow processes and internal controls.
• Perform other duties as arise.
