Twoconnect is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Officer to join a growing finance team supporting wholesale and distribution. You will manage debtor accounts, allocate payments, reconcile ledgers and pursue overdue balances with professionalism.

The role emphasizes accurate records, strong Excel and ERP usage, and collaboration with Sales, Operations and Finance. A flexible work-from-home arrangement and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, collections or similar finance role.
• Proven ability to manage debtor accounts and follow up overdue balances.
• Confident handling payment conversations with professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience allocating receipts and reconciling customer accounts.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Proactive, organized with good time management and prioritization.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.

Mansioni

• Process and maintain AR transactions and customer records accurately.
• Allocate payments to invoices and reconcile accounts.
• Monitor overdue balances and conduct proactive collection outreach.
• Escalate aged or high-risk accounts when needed.
• Assist month-end AR reconciliations and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to resolve issues.
• Provide broader finance support during busy periods.
