Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our growing finance team. You will manage cash allocations, invoice matching, and banking reconciliations across trade and retail operations, using Oracle ERP and Excel to ensure accurate records.

If you have 2–3 years AR experience and a process-driven approach, you will contribute to high-volume processing in a structured finance environment with onsite work in Pasig.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, accounts administration, cash allocation, or a similar transactional finance role is essential.
• Strong Excel skills and general computer literacy are essential.
• Ability to follow established processes and accurately manage high-volume transactional work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
• Experience using Oracle ERP is highly regarded.
• Understanding of General Ledger coding and account structures is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Allocate trade customer payments to invoices and customer accounts.
• Match incoming payments against bank statement transactions and remittance information.
• Create and process receipts for direct deposits, card payments, and other payment types.
• Reconcile daily retail store balances and prepaid retail customer accounts.
• Reconcile bank transactions across payment and tender types and resolve discrepancies.
• Process credit notes and ensure correct credit type is applied to customer accounts.
• Follow up on remittance information to support accurate payment allocation.
• Ensure payments, receipts, and credits are recorded against correct accounts.
• Support high-volume cash management processing, including peak month-end periods.
• Use Oracle ERP to support cash management and processing across units.
• Collaborate with Credit and retail/trade sales teams to resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting information for cash management and reconciliation.
• Use Excel and internal systems for data processing.
