You will manage invoicing, collections, and receivables with precision across Maxio and Salesforce, ensuring strong billing accuracy and timely follow-ups with clients. The role requires excellent English, professional presentation for executive conversations, and familiarity with CRM and ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Fluency in professional English for US executive conversations.
• Strong executive presence suitable for Zoom meetings.
• CPA designation highly preferred.
• Foundational accounting knowledge to support broader functions.
• Proficiency in Maxio and Salesforce required.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and invoices precisely in Maxio and Salesforce.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in billing and documentation.
• Monitor aging reports and track past-due accounts.
• Coordinate strategic collections with US Controllers and AP Managers.
• Follow internal compliance triggers for high balances and delinquencies.
• Use calendar reminders to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Investigate non-payment issues and coordinate effective solutions.
