Job summary

Insight Manila is seeking a Financial Services Representative I to manage a portfolio of client accounts and drive resolution of accounts receivable delinquencies. You will be the primary point of contact between clients and the Insight finance team, handling calls, emails, and documentation with attention to accuracy and SLAs.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement: work onsite for the first 2–3 months, then transition to 1 day in the office and 4 days working from home, with an emphasis on

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
• Ability to write basic reports and business correspondence.
• Must present information clearly to clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of client AR accounts.
• Send letters to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Contact delinquent accounts by phone, fax, or email to collect payments.
• Provide status reports and update the Collections Management system.
• Coordinate with Sales and other teams to resolve payment issues.
