Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist to manage day-to-day AR activities for assigned retail and distributor accounts in Pasig. The role involves invoicing, cash application, reconciliations, and collections to ensure timely payments and accurate postings.

You will monitor aging, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve issues. Strong NetSuite and SPS Commerce experience preferred; excellent communication and attention

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts receivable, credit and collections experience, preferably with consumer products or similar environment supporting retail/distributor customers.
• Hands-on experience researching and resolving retailer deductions, chargebacks, short payments, pricing discrepancies, and other payment issues.
• Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred and SPS Commerce or another EDI platform preferred.
• Familiarity with retailer/distributor portals, remittance processes, and deduction management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounts receivable activities for assigned retail and distributor accounts, including invoicing, cash application, account reconciliations, and collections.
• Monitor customer aging and proactively follow up on past-due balances and unresolved items.
• Own weekly and monthly AR aging reviews and reporting to support cash forecasting and management reporting.
• Ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time and that all payments, credits, deductions, and adjustments are applied correctly.
