The candidate will ensure smooth service operations, manage transitions from development to production, and drive continuous improvements in application delivery. Strong SQL Server experience and Agile/SAFe/SCRUM exposure are essential.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience as an Application Support
• Proficient in relational databases (MS SQL Server; Snowflake a plus)
• Experience with incident and problem management
• Familiar with Enterprise Agile Frameworks (Kanban/SAFe/SCRUM)
• Strong agile delivery and release management experience
• Ability to balance multiple operations/projects with attention to detail
• Experience or active learning in Artificial Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth business application service operations by resolving issues in a timely manner
• Facilitate smooth transition of application features from development to production environments
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives and optimize business application service operations
• Assist in automating manual activities to improve delivery consistency and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders as part of incident/problem management
• Manage escalations related to operational topics
