Qualificações

• 5-8 years of production/support/infra ops experience.
• Strong SQL skills with multiple RDBMS experience.
• Familiarity with ITIL or equivalent service-management practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end production support for enterprise apps, infra, DBs, and data flows.
• Monitor health, analyze alerts and metrics, identify faults and risks.
• Lead production-incident response from triage to resolution and coordination.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive problem-management actions.
• Manage access control, security, and environment readiness.
• Support releases, migrations, and DR readiness, with runbooks and docs.
