Viventis Search Asia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment team through candidate phone screening and client endorsements, focusing on assessing candidates against job requirements, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating qualified profiles for client review.

This hybrid role requires at least 1 year in recruitment, strong communication, ability to handle multiple candidates, and comfortable with phone interviews; hybrid setup with 3 days onsite per week.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and candidate assessment skills.
• Comfortable conducting phone interviews and handling multiple candidates.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup, with 3 days onsite per week.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Endorse qualified candidates to clients for further evaluation.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.
• Support the recruitment team with other sourcing and coordination tasks as required.
