Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in APAC region seeks a Senior Sales/Accounts Manager to drive growth across North APAC including Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Mongolia and the Philippines. You will lead a team of 3 account leads and 1 sales engineer, reporting to the Regional MD, APAC.

This expat assignment is based in the Philippines with significant travel and a focus on customer relationships, pipeline expansion, and meeting sales targets as part of our defense technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years experience; or Graduate Degree with 10+ years.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication in English with senior customers and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience in APAC markets and defense industry context.

Responsibilities

• Lead North APAC sales and accounts management across Japan, S. Korea, Taiwan, Mongolia and the Philippines.
• Close opportunities in the pipeline and develop longer-term opportunities to grow the pipeline.
• Develop regional growth strategy and guide account leads to execute plans.
• Meet or exceed annual sales targets for North APAC by directing field activities.
• Manage CRM, forecast accuracy and coordination with internal stakeholders.
