Job summary

You will build and grow new business, maintain key accounts, and travel frequently to Asia-Pacific markets, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious targets.

About The Role

• Responsible for sales and promotion of data-center-related products and system solutions in the Asia‑Pacific region, and achieving sales targets.
• Responsible for developing and growing new customers in the data‑center field across the Asia‑Pacific region, with a focus on key target customers such as data- center operators, cloud-service providers, large internet enterprises, and enterprise‑owned data centers.
• Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships by regularly visiting customers across Asia‑Pacific countries to stay informed of their needs at all times.
• Responsible for collecting market dynamics, policy trends, and competitor information in the Asia‑Pacific data‑center industry, and regularly submitting market‑analysis reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of B2B industrial-product sales experience, familiar with data‑center infrastructure or related fields, and motor/drive product experience preferred.
• Passionate about sales, grounded and diligent, able to endure hardship, and familiar with the business cultures of Asia‑Pacific countries (experience in Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, India, and other markets preferred).
• Able to adapt to long‑term cross‑country / cross‑region business travel.
• English usable as a working language (mandatory); mastery of a second foreign language preferred.
