Job summary

Grace Global Business Services (GBS) in Manila, Philippines, is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead posting, payments, and issue resolution for the AP team. The role emphasizes timely processing, issue management, and SLA adherence in a global shared services environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in accounts payable with 2 years in a supervisory capacity, strong SAP FICO knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related experience with 2 years supervisory experience on Accounts Payable field.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
• Process knowledge in the areas of Source-to-Pay, Vendor master management, and SAP FICO module.
• Results oriented, pro-active, and independent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word application, highly skilled in MS Excel.
• University degree in the area of Engineering, Supply Chain, or Accounting.
• Six Sigma certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads Accounts Payable posting, payments and issue resolution teams and ensures relevant SLA and operational targets are met.
• Secures metrics and reporting system – generates operational report relevant for the team, analyzes and provides input to improve process efficiency.
• Assists and supports Accounts Payable manager in optimizing daily operations – keeping track of operational issues and create an efficient issue management solution.
• Works with AP manager and AP GPO in all process migrations to ensure successful closure of all work transitions, including continuous improvement related projects and initiatives.
