Responsibilities

• Verify invoices for accuracy and assist with entering invoices (3-way match).
• Answer internal and external inquiries related to AP.
• Monitor approvals through ASI and Docuware systems.
• Supervise the AP team and ensure tasks stay on track to meet deadlines.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate quantity/pricing issues.
• Provide training and guidance to new hires and team members.
• Show understanding of inventory, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
• Manage time, meet monthly KPI goals, and conduct job performance reviews.
