Job summary

The role reviews exception reports, reconciles vendor statements, researches invoice discrepancies, ensures timely processing, and maintains documentation and vendor relationships, reporting to the AP Manager.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, vouchers, and credit memos according to policy.
• Lead and mentor AP Analysts to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Review exception reports and reconcile vendor statements.
• Research invoice discrepancies and resolve vendor issues.
• Ensure discounts are taken and payments are tracked.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Vendor Maintenance teams on PO and vendor changes.
• Complete daily payment scheduling and check audits.
• Maintain documentation and upload invoices to IMMS/Connect/ExpenseWatch/Lawson.
