Reap is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to own a set of business domains end to end, from data and definitions to dashboards and stakeholder conversations.

You will surface revenue opportunities and margin-improvement levers through structured analyses of pricing, discounts, product mix, client profitability, and usage patterns. Collaborate with Analytics Lead and cross-functional teams in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• > 8 years in analytics engineering or analytics roles with end-to-end ownership of a business domain's data, metrics, and reporting.
• > Strong analytical judgment to turn ambiguous business questions into structured, decision-ready answers.
• > Stakeholder partner with commercial, finance, or risk teams and credible in conversations.
• > Expert SQL with dimensional modeling and experience building or maintaining semantic/metrics layers.
• > Hands-on experience with a modern cloud data warehouse and BI tooling like Snowflake and Metabase.
• > Rigor in financial data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause investigation.
• > Clear documentation and ability to train non-technical stakeholders to self-serve.
• > Proven ability to generate revenue and profitability insights that influence strategy.

Responsibilities

• > Own your domains end to end—from data to dashboard to stakeholder conversations.
• < Deliver value-added analyses for pricing and cost-saving, forecasting, and client deep-dives.
• < Identify and quantify revenue opportunities and growth levers; translate into recommendations.
• < Partner with business teams as embedded decision support in meetings.
• < Turn recurring questions into permanent answers through dashboards and documentation.
• < Design and maintain domain views and metric definitions in the semantic layer read by all paths.
• < Build and own Metabase dashboards; ensure numbers are validated and reconciled.
• < Lead enablement sessions to help stakeholders self-serve routine questions.
• < Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Product Managers on priorities.
