Vector Solutions is seeking a hands-on CRM Analytics Engineer to build and maintain the analytics foundation that powers revenue growth within Salesforce and CRMA. You will shape datasets, dataflows, dashboards, and reporting that Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success rely on to measure performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data or sales analytics, BI, revenue operations in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRMA / Einstein Analytics.
• Ability to translate business needs into durable data models and data products.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CRM Analytics datasets, recipes, dataflows, and related resources.
• Define dataset grain, joins, relationships, transformations, and calculated fields.
• Integrate data across bookings, pipeline, renewals, accounts, customers, products, and financial plans.
• Support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis with analytical resources.
• Troubleshoot CRMA dataflows and dashboards; ensure data quality.
