Job summary

Superlivingapp is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to own analytics end-to-end, from raw data pipelines to business insights. You will shape growth, retention, revenue, and product decisions with structured thinking and measurable impact.

You will build the foundation for scalable analytics, define core metrics, design dashboards, and refine data pipelines. In a fast-moving startup, you’ll push for proactive insights and own the numbers that drive strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics / data roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with: SQL, Data Warehourse (Amazon Redshift).
• Understanding of data pipelines and warehousing concepts.
• Strong grasp of business metrics in consumer apps or subscription businesses.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire analytics function across the platform.
• Define and track core business metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards for Growth, Product, AI, Revenue.
• Design and maintain data pipelines: Event tracking structure, Data warehousing, ETL processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Identify insights proactively: Why is retention dropping?, Which cohort is driving LTV?, What levers improve contribution margin?
• Support experimentation: A/B testing frameworks, Funnel analysis, Attribution clarity.
• Help define business strategy using numbers, not assumptions.
