Vector Solutions is seeking a hands-on CRM Analytics Engineer to help build and maintain the analytics foundation that powers revenue growth. Working within Salesforce and CRM Analytics (CRMA), you will support datasets, dashboards, and reporting used by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to measure performance and drive decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data or sales analytics in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Einstein Analytics).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships and configurations.
• Experience using SAQL, SQL or similar language for data transformation and validation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CRM Analytics datasets, recipes, dataflows, and dashboards.
• Define dataset grain, joins, relationships, transformations, and calculated fields.
• Create reusable data structures supporting multiple analytical use cases.
• Integrate data across bookings, pipeline, renewals, accounts, and finances.
• Monitor data model performance and maintainability; escalate design questions.
• Support forecasting resources for bookings, pipeline, renewals, and health metrics.
