The position involves leading reporting efforts, monitoring KPIs, and developing dashboards to improve decision making and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, statistics, or related field.
• Experience supervising or mentoring team members is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP/reporting platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, validation, and analysis of business performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
