Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Senior Analyst to support customers via chat and voice, delivering high-quality service and resolving inquiries efficiently.

In this role you’ll manage end-to-end requests, handle complex cases, and collaborate across Retail Operations processes in a fast-paced, global banking environment. A 3+ year background in retail banking or BPO with strong English is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Retail Banking, Shared Services, or a BPO environment.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to navigate complex processes and procedures.
• Collaborative team player with a learning mindset in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support ING customers through chat and voice channels, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries with confidence.
• Manage end-to-end customer requests and complaint resolution while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Handle complex customer cases and contribute to team productivity and operational excellence.
• Collaborate across teams and continuously develop expertise across multiple Retail Operations processes.
