Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a part-time customer support professional to assist ING's clients across multiple channels including chat, voice, video calls, email and messaging. You will handle daily banking product inquiries and process requests in line with regulations.

A college graduate with banking domain experience, you will work 20 to 40 hours per week, demonstrate English proficiency, and collaborate with the team to meet productivity targets while adhering to risk and compliance

Qualifications

• College graduate with banking domain experience
• Experience in Shared Service or BPO preferred
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Interact with ING’s clients through chat, voice/video, email, messaging, and other channels.
• Process end-to-end customer requests in our systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to risk and compliance processes and report deviations as needed.
• Support team in achieving targets related to productivity and turnaround times.
• Work with minimum supervision and provide guidance as required.
