You will handle chats and voice inquiries about payments, cards and online banking, resolve requests from start to finish, and work in a fast-paced, compliant environment that rewards learning and cross-skilling.

Qualifications

• College graduate with at least 5 years of professional experience in Retail Banking, Shared Services, or a BPO environment.
• Strong English communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented professional with analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex processes.
• Collaborative and adaptable team player who can work independently and excel in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
