Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services operations, client support or middle-office roles.
• Solid understanding of alternative investments and complex financial products.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for global stakeholders.
• Willingness to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data gathering, validation, and investor profile creation in core systems.
• Perform KYC/AML checks during onboarding and ongoing maintenance.
• Handle time-sensitive client and transaction requests across alternative investment products.
• Execute data remediations and resolve operational bottlenecks across portfolios.
• Collaborate with Fund Ops, Product Onboarding, Sales, and Compliance to improve service delivery.
