• 3+ years of experience in financial services operations or middle-office roles.
• Solid understanding of alts, private wealth, or complex financial products.
• Clear written and verbal English communication with global stakeholders.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data gathering, validation, and profile creation for investors.
• Perform KYC/AML checks during onboarding and ongoing profile maintenance.
• Process high-priority client and transaction requests across investment products.
• Drive remediation of data and account issues to prevent repeats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
• Use HubSpot and ClickUp to triage workflows and document procedures.
