Job summary

Gridline is hiring a Sr. Analyst, Fund Operations in Manila to manage day-to-day capital activity, processing, and reconciliations for our alternative investments portfolio. You will ensure accurate execution of subscriptions, capital calls, and disbursements while maintaining strong data controls.

You will collaborate with teams across fund controlling, onboarding, delivery, sales, and compliance, and you will help scale offshore processing with robust anti-fraud measures and updated procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fund operations or middle-office trade processing.
• Experience with alts or complex investment products.
• Excellent written and verbal English for global stakeholders.
• Willingness to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end investor and investment transactions.
• Review and validate complex transaction requests and AML/KYC follow-up.
• Reconcile cash, positions, and trades across internal books and custodians.
• Collaborate with fund controllers, client services, onboarding, and compliance.
• Enforce dual-authorization controls and audit trails.
• Identify bottlenecks and help update operational procedures.
