Job summary

Gridline is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Client Success to support day-to-day account operations for our alternative investments portfolio.

You will handle data gathering, verification, and investor profile maintenance while ensuring KYC/AML checks are completed with accuracy and efficiency. You will collaborate with Fund Ops, Compliance, and Sales teams to resolve issues, maintain data integrity, and deliver high-quality client support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services operations or client support.
• Exposure to alternative investments and complex financial products.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage Investor Data & Profiles: Lead end-to-end data gathering, validation, and profile creation in core systems.
• Execute KYC/AML onboarding checks during investor onboarding and ongoing profile maintenance.
• Manage ad-hoc client and transaction requests across alternative investment products.
• Drive remediations and issue resolution to prevent recurring exceptions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Fund Ops, Fund Controlling, Onboarding, Sales, and Compliance teams.
• Optimize processes using HubSpot and ClickUp to improve service efficiency.
