Job summary

Gridline is hiring a Sr. Analyst, Fund Operations in the Philippines to manage day-to-day capital activity execution, subscriptions, capital calls, and portfolio disbursements with strict data accuracy and controls.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline investment flow, ensure compliant processing, and support offshore operations as the company scales its global footprint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fund operations or middle-office trade processing.
• Exposure to alternative investments such as private equity, VC, or private credit.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to leverage AI tools to optimize operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute Investor & Investment Transactions: Process end-to-end capital activity across private equity, venture capital, and private credit vehicles.
• Manage Transaction Review & Wire Controls: Review complex investor and fund-level requests for accuracy and AML/KYC follow-up.
• Reconcile Portfolio & Cash Activity: Conduct daily and periodic cash, position, and transaction reconciliations with internal books and custodians.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with fund controlling, account management, product onboarding, sales, and compliance teams and external custodians.
• Mitigate Risk: Enforce dual-authorization controls, audit trails, and anti-fraud protocols across payment rails.
• Optimize Processes: Identify bottlenecks and update procedures to scale offshore processing capabilities.
• Manage Ad-Hoc Requests: Provide reporting, overrides, investor audit inquiries, and data requests.
