Job summary

Offshore Business Processing is seeking a logistics professional to drive seamless operations for international transport. You will manage AOG processing, create import/export files in the TMS, and coordinate local shipments with country providers.

Strong communication, time management, and a customer-service mindset are essential. The role requires readiness for 24/7 operations at the Alabang site and flexibility across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• Solid exposure to international logistics operations across multiple transportation modes.
• Strong mastery of air transport regulations, Incoterms, and customs rules.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and customer specifics.
• Handle administrative processing of AOG files.
• Create Import/Export files in the TMS.
• Prepare and organize transportation documents.
• Coordinate local transportation using providers in the destination countries.
• Update IT tools (F.A.S.T, Cargowise) with events.
• Communicate status and feedback to Front Officer and Supervisor.
• Notify disruptions to Front Officer & Supervisor.
• Collaborate with the FXL Network and adhere to quality procedures.
