OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. in Alabang (Muntinlupa) seeks an experienced Airfreight Operations Lead to manage end-to-end AOG shipments, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and ensure time-critical compliance.

The role requires 3–4 years in international airfreight, strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs rules, and a solid, customer-focused mindset. Salary range is PHP 30,000–50,000 monthly; 24/7 shift availability and learning opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in airfreight with international forwarder ops.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs rules, and compliance requirements.
• Experience leading front-line AOG operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AOG shipments, including spot quotations, customer coordination, and shipment processing.
• Monitor shipments, manage deviations, and provide timely updates for client visibility.
• Maintain constant communication with all parties involved.
• Manage dispute cases and supervise the activity.
• Adhere to client SOPs and negotiate with suppliers.
