Job summary

Offshore Business Processing in Muntinlupa is seeking a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Specialist to manage time-critical shipments and customer coordination. You will support end-to-end AOG shipments and provide proactive updates to clients in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in air export freight, a Bachelor’s degree, and a willingness to work on-site. OBP offers a 20k signing bonus, health benefits, and opportunities for travel and professional

• With Air Freight (Export) experience.
• Must be amenable to any work schedule as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Answer & handle customer AOG requests
• Advise the customer on potential restrictions (Weather/Geo-Political/Trade Compliance/etc…)
• Find suitable solutions for customer requests
• Manage end-to-end AOG shipments, including spot quotations, customer coordination, and end-to-end shipment processing
