Job summary

Oyster is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer – Go-to-Market. This remote role, based in the EMEA or AMER regions, drives AI transformation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

You will design, build, and deploy AI agents, shaping the GTM AI roadmap and ensuring measurable business impact. You will lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to adoption, mentor colleagues, and help teams develop reusable AI prompts, workflows, and governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on AI and automation experience in GTM Engineering or related fields, delivering complex solutions.
• Track record of redesigning workflows and operating models, not just automating tasks.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous problems to measurable business impact.
• Strong automation capability using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make or similar orchestration tech.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, deploying, and improving production AI agents and agentic workflows with LLMs, APIs, tools, and enterprise data.
• Strong understanding of B2B GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
• Experience integrating business systems through APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms.
• Good judgment on where AI adds value vs. where redesign is needed or automation should not be used.
• Mentoring others, sharing expertise, and raising standards across a team.

Responsibilities

• Make GTM AI native by reimagining how GTM teams work with AI.
• Shape the AI roadmap with GTM leaders to identify and frame high-impact opportunities.
• Lead solutions from discovery through adoption and measurable impact.
• Build and improve AI agents, agentic workflows, and integrations using LLMs, APIs, and enterprise data.
• Balance value, feasibility, risk, data quality, and human oversight in AI initiatives.
• Drive AI adoption and self-sufficiency by embedding AI into everyday work and creating reusable prompts and workflows.
• Own solutions beyond launch by measuring adoption, quality, and business impact.
• Connect the organization and raise capability by sharing patterns and mentoring teams.
