Job summary

St Trinity Property Group is seeking a GTM Automation Engineer to design and ship AI-powered internal tools and data pipelines across our marketing, sales and community platforms. You will own the GTM technology stack and drive cross-functional automation across Zoho, GoHighLevel, Circle and related systems.

You will turn manual processes into automated workflows, build dashboards, and ensure data quality across multiple brands and regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or GTM Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying working tools with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or similar.
• Hands-on CRM administration at administrator level, e.g. Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce or GoHighLevel.
• Strong grasp of CRM architecture, automation logic and revenue process design.
• Experience with marketing automation and with sales engagement or outreach platforms.
• Practical experience A/B testing outbound campaigns, funnels and messaging.
• Strong data skills: hygiene, governance, segmentation, SQL or equivalent, and reporting.
• Experience supporting distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Build with AI: design, build and deploy internal tools, agents and automations.
• Own the GTM stack: admin of workflows, pipelines, lifecycle stages and CRM configuration.
• Administer Zoho CRM across group instances; Zoho Recruit, Zoho Projects and Zoho Cliq.
• Own GoHighLevel end-to-end: sub-accounts, funnels, calendars, pipelines, email and SMS automation.
• Integrate the stack via APIs, webhooks and iPaaS tools; connect Circle, GoHighLevel and CRM data.
• Manage outbound and LinkedIn sequencing and campaign support; support paid/organic teams across ad platforms.
• Build dashboards and reporting on pipeline metrics, GA4, GTM and Looker Studio.
• Maintain data quality, governance and common definitions for leads, MQLs and SQLs across brands.
