Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements and documenting solutions.
• Familiar with AI-enabled work methods and tools like Claude or Copilot.
• Experience supporting business, technology, or process-improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of structured problem solving and requirements gathering.
• Exposure to Agile delivery practices and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
