Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Principal Agile Scrum Master to lead infrastructure IT projects remotely from the Philippines. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, build and manage global project documentation, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across networking, security, access controls, and application deployment.

Reporting to a Program Manager, Project Management, you will guide project teams, oversee task backlogs, and drive change management while communicating

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in Agile project management or an IT role leading the deployment of medium to large scale global projects
• PMP and/or equivalent relevant project management experience
• Ability to provide strategic guidance while leading a project team
• Ability to execute tasks independently as well as collaborating with team members from various business functions
• Expertise with formal presentation
• Experience with project management and word processing software, spreadsheet and flowcharting applications (MS Project or Asana)
• Willing to work on US hours
• Must have strong knowledge and proficiency in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure systems (Palo Alto, Cisco, NetApp, F5, Active Directory)

• Oversee infrastructure IT projects for our corporate network
• Be the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Build, manage and maintain project documentation on a global scale
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Lead and direct the work of others; assign functional responsibilities
• Establish project deadlines and gather materials
• Decide and manage change with risk mitigation
• Clearly articulate requirements and project status to all levels
• Support deployment, promotion and achievement of departmental and corporate strategy
• Spearhead innovative projects for corporate initiatives and enhancements
• Display managerial courage within an individual contributor role during project phases
