Job summary

TTEC Digital in the Philippines seeks a skilled ServiceNow Project Manager to lead delivery across ITSM, ITOM, SCM, FSM, HR Service Delivery, and GRC modules for client engagements.

You will own project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, guiding cross-functional teams in Agile, Hybrid, and NowCreate methodology to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. This remote role requires overlap with North American business hours and a proven ability to manage global deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of project management, technology delivery, or professional services experience.
• Experience managing ServiceNow projects across ITSM/ITOM/SCM/FSM/HR Service Delivery/GRC.
• Experience with Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of ServiceNow projects across modules.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate teams using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and forecasts to ensure delivery.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance, planning sessions, and meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams of consultants, developers, architects, and BA/QA.
