Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Principal Agile Scrum Master to lead infrastructure IT projects remotely from the Philippines. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, build and manage global project documentation, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across networking, security, access controls, and application deployment.

Reporting to a Program Manager, Project Management, you will guide project teams, oversee task backlogs, and drive change management while communicating

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in Agile project management or an IT role leading the deployment of medium to large scale global projects
• PMP and/or equivalent relevant project management experience
• Ability to provide strategic guidance while leading a project team
• Ability to execute tasks independently as well as collaborating with team members from various business functions
• Expertise with formal presentation
• Experience with project management and word processing software, spreadsheet and flowcharting applications (MS Project or Asana)
• Willing to work on US hours
• Must have strong knowledge and proficiency in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure systems (Palo Alto, Cisco, NetApp, F5, Active Directory)

What You’ll Do:

Looking for an opportunity to showcase your organization and leadership skills? As a Principal Scrum Master overseeing Infrastructure Information Technology projects for our corporate network; You’ll be our point of contact for our internal stakeholders and external vendors as you build, manage, and maintain project documentation on a global scale. Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, you’ll build plans, establish project deadlines, assign functional responsibilities, lead and direct the work of others, conduct due diligence, and gather materials as required. Projects can be internal and corporate business level initiatives.

You'll report to a Program Manager, Project Management. You’ll contribute to the success of the business as you are the primary point of contact overseeing various infrastructure projects. This role will focus on networking, security, access controls, application deployment and improvements across our infrastructure.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, senior executive level parties and external vendors in a virtual environment

• Oversee documentation of detailed process design and project specifications for our IT infrastructure.

• Verifies and evaluates project task backlog created by engineers. May provide work direction to engineers.

• May act as liaison between engineers and sustaining engineering teams to ensure documentation of system functions and capabilities. Facilitate training documentation when needed for our end users.

• Customize, build, manage and maintain effective project records

• Identify risk, investigate to define mitigation plans, tactfully escal… and execute on change management

• Clearly articulate requirements and overall project status to various levels and audiences

What You Bring to the Role
