Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Principal Agile Scrum Master to lead IT infrastructure projects from a remote Philippines location. You will partner with internal teams and vendors, drive schedules, budgets, and documentation, and ensure on-time delivery across global initiatives.

You will mentor teams, manage backlogs, oversee risk and change management, and align engineering efforts with corporate strategy while maintaining clear stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Agile project management or IT leadership of global projects.
• PMP or equivalent project management experience.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance while leading a team.
• Ability to execute tasks independently and collaborate across functions.
• Expertise with formal presentation.
• Experience with MS Project or Asana and MS Office.
• Willing to work US hours.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure systems (network/security).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors in a virtual environment.
• Oversee documentation of process design and project specs for IT infrastructure.
• Verify and evaluate engineer task backlogs; provide direction when needed.
• Liaise between engineers and sustaining teams; document system functions.
• Create, manage, and maintain project records.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; escalate and manage changes.
• Clearly articulate requirements and project status to stakeholders.
• Support deployment of departmental and corporate goals.
• Lead innovative projects for corporate initiatives.
• Demonstrate leadership as an individual contributor through project phases.
