TTEC in the Philippines is seeking a Principal Agile Scrum Master to lead infrastructure IT projects in a remote, globally distributed environment. You will partner with internal stakeholders and vendors, oversee planning, deadlines, budgeting, and documentation, and ensure on-time delivery across corporate networks.

You’ll report to a Program Manager, drive agile practices, manage risk and change, and coordinate networking, security, access controls, and deployment improvements across our IT

Competenze

• 5+ years of Agile project management or IT leadership on large global projects.
• PMP and/or equivalent project management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and project tools (MS Project/Asana).

Mansioni

• Lead Agile Scrum practices for infrastructure IT projects in a global matrix environment.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors; manage plans, deadlines and budgets.
• Oversee project documentation and risk management; provide direction to engineers as needed.
• Communicate progress and status to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure deployments across networking, security, access controls, and app delivery meet requirements.
