Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or computer-related field.
- Minimum 6 years managing complex projects, strategy execution and product development.
- Agile experience in environments with diverse skill sets for delivery.
- Technical background with development exposure; fintech/vendor experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile activities—daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, with team and stakeholders.
- Guide strategic alignment and project planning; support inception decks and resource needs.
- Direct end-to-end execution, ensuring commitments with sponsors are met.
- Establish and monitor PM metrics and artifacts for project progress.
- Close projects/phases and handoff to operations with realized benefits.
