Job summary

BLP Digital is seeking an experienced AE Team Lead to mentor a pod of Account Executives while closing your own deals. Based in Boston, you will report to the VP of Sales and own end-to-end performance in a senior, hands-on leadership role.

You will lead with a player-coach approach, guiding enterprise ERP and AI sales to CFOs, COOs and CEOs across manufacturing, retail, pharma, and healthcare, shaping the US go-to-market as the new US commercial org expands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quota-carrying B2B software sales experience with leadership
• Experience leading frontline managers is a strong advantage
• Direct ERP/ERP-adjacent enterprise software sales to Finance/Procurement/Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of AEs to quota attainment and close deals personally
• Run weekly pipeline reviews and coaching to improve win rates
• Own forecast accuracy and report to VP of Sales
• Hire, onboard and develop AEs and ramp time to first deal
• Collaborate with VP of Sales to design US playbook and training
• Stay current on ERP/enterprise AI trends for C-level conversations
