Ultim8 Outsource Solutions Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable professional to maintain accurate financial records, manage reconciliations, and support month-end close for an Australian client.

You will handle end-to-end AP/AR, review supplier and customer invoices, perform reconciliations, and use MYOB Acumatica, Traild, and SAP Concur. Strong Excel, English communication, and Australian accounting experience are essential.

About the role

Senior-level role responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing reconciliations, supporting month-end close, resolving complex account issues, and ensuring finance processes are completed accurately and on time. You will manage end-to-end AP/AR functions with minimal supervision for an Australian client.

Key responsibilities
