Ultim8 Outsource Solutions Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable professional to maintain accurate financial records, manage reconciliations, and support month-end close for an Australian client.

You will handle end-to-end AP/AR, review supplier and customer invoices, perform reconciliations, and use MYOB Acumatica, Traild, and SAP Concur. Strong Excel, English communication, and Australian accounting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong AP/AR
• Australian accounting experience
• Strong understanding of Australian practices and procedures
• Advanced hands-on experience with MYOB Acumatica
• Experience using Traild for AP workflows
• Strong knowledge of reconciliations, month-end processes, and financial reporting
• Excellent Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Process and review supplier invoices, payments, customer invoices, and receipts
• Perform AP/AR reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor outstanding receivables and manage collection follow-ups
• Manage supplier and customer account queries and resolve issues promptly
• Process, review, and reconcile corporate card transactions through SAP Concur
• Manage AP invoice workflows and integrations using Traild
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in MYOB Acumatica
• Take ownership of month-end close activities and account reconciliations
• Assist with financial reporting and provide accurate financial information to management
